Eligibility
Instant Flames events are for single adults aged 50 and over. By registering, you confirm you meet this criterion and that the details you provide are accurate.
Payment
Your ticket is charged at registration. Your seat is confirmed once payment is complete and you receive a confirmation email.
Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel up to 72 hours before the event start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable, but your ticket may be transferred to a future Instant Flames event upon request.
Event changes
If we need to reschedule or cancel an event, you'll be notified as early as possible and may choose a full refund or a transfer to another date.
Conduct
Our events are hosted and moderated. We ask all guests to be respectful; the host may ask anyone acting inappropriately to leave without a refund.
Privacy
Your information is kept private and is never shared except with a mutual match. Match details are shared privately within 24 hours after the event.
Liability
Instant Flames facilitates introductions only and makes no guarantee of matches or outcomes. You attend of your own accord and are responsible for your own conduct and belongings.
